Cinematica terms of use.

Using Cinematica

These terms cover the Cinematica website and private client platform, including its Brand and Creator workspaces. Cinematica provides TikTok Shop, creator, live commerce, and production services. By using the platform, you agree to use it for lawful business and creator collaboration. Any signed services agreement with Cinematica governs the services and commercial terms covered by that agreement.

Your account and organization

Provide accurate account information and protect access to your email and sign-in codes. Use only the organizations and accounts you are authorized to represent. Administrators assign dashboard access, organization membership, and action permissions. Contact Cinematica if you believe access has been assigned incorrectly or your account has been compromised.

Your content

You retain ownership of the materials you provide. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share them with the people in your workspace. You allow Cinematica to store and display those materials to provide the requested service. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, passwords, or another person’s private information without authorization.

TikTok connections

Cinematica is an independent agency and platform. TikTok controls its own services, eligibility rules, permissions, and app approvals. Connecting an account requires your authorization through TikTok. You remain responsible for the actions you authorize and for complying with TikTok’s terms and policies. Features marked as unavailable or in development cannot yet perform those actions.

A saved production brief is an internal planning record. It does not publish content, create a campaign, or change a TikTok Shop. You can disconnect a linked account in Connections and revoke the app’s authorization separately through TikTok.

Availability and results

We may update platform features and temporarily interrupt access for maintenance or to address misuse. We do not guarantee sales, earnings, platform approval, or uninterrupted third-party services. Sample reports are illustrations and are labeled accordingly; they are not account performance or promises of results.

Privacy, account closure, and support

Our privacy policy explains the information we process and your choices. Use our contact form for support, to report an issue, or to request account closure. We may restrict access where necessary to address unauthorized use or protect the platform.
